Tak dapat hantaq post baru pakai hello tensionn

For the time being I unable to send any new post using Hello.Hope I can resolve this problem in short while or longer period of time.....Its depend on whether I could free myself to troubleshoot the problem...aaar tension my gauge is increasing to 30% higher than normal value.Where or what is my problem.Who can help me to resolve this problemmmmmm.I was thinking maybe the FAULT happened AFTER I CREATIVELY install newly VERSION of norton....I unable to think further as I am sick now..Pleaz any body outhere helping hand is needed .Who are able to lend me your hand in settling this prob...Yours truly Penglipurlara........
