The picture is taken at Jamuan Makan JKR.They are two honour guest invited to this ceremony one is chief minister & the other Yang Dipertua negeri Pulau Pinang.The dance group perform in the majlis is from kebudayaan negeri Pulau Pinang.Best lah tengok diaorang dance.Crazy beb.Well you know macam2 gelagat ada.hehehehee
